Where a value is declared
Checkedconfirmed by its owner
A value of a field of type one of is declared in the part of the specification where the list, the domain or the node it comes from stands.
Why
Whoever answers for a list, a domain or a node then declares the values coming from it, and adds the variant answering to each (§s-z3dnru6qqdf9m6j), without changing another part.
