An unchecked node is not implemented
Checkedconfirmed by its owner
A node is implemented only once it is checked. Before a domain's implementation begins, the domain is reviewed whole; where the implementation then finds a node silent or wrong, that node is changed and reviewed when the problem is found, not later.
Why
The specification is expected to be incomplete. Implementing an unchecked node fills its gap with a guess made in the code, which the specification then does not hold; reviewing the node at once keeps the answer in the specification.
