Work put off lives on the node it concerns

Checkedconfirmed by its owner

Work put off that concerns one node is kept in that node's metadata, as an item of its todos. An item holds the day the work was put off, who its author is and what is to be done. It is never kept in a comment on the node or in a document of its own. A problem of the default implementation set aside is a rule of the technical debt instead (§s-2r7k2aeyusgy6fw). An item is removed once it is done or given up. Every item of the todos across the specification can be listed at once, the newest first, each with the node it stands on.

Why

Work put off is read beside the node it concerns, as a decision is, so whoever opens the node sees what still waits on it. Its date orders the listing, and its author tells the reader whom to ask. Kept in a comment or a document, it is missed by the listing. An item left once done or given up shows work waiting that no longer waits. Listed together, the items show what waits across the specification. The newest stand first: each older item was weighed at every listing since, a new one at none.

Problem

The schema held a node's todos, but no rule said that work put off is kept there, nor that it can be listed, while a rule is to hold the work deferred on it.

Ruling

The owner: work put off on one node is kept in its todos, with the day, who its author is and what is to be done, and every item can be listed, the newest first, each with its node.
