Sids of a kind's nodes as a field's values
The values of a field of type one of may be the sids of the nodes of one kind standing in the base specification, read from the specification: a node of that kind added or archived adds or removes a value.
The sids of a kind's nodes are already held by the specification, so a field whose values they are declares none of them again and cannot fall behind it. They are read from the base specification alone: an instance changes the technical appendix for itself (§s-vj7ercem526zd6v), so a value read from it would differ from one instance to the next, and the guidelines describe no system, so a value read from them would name nothing of it.

- Problem
A project's field naming a node of a kind of its own, as a step of a job, declared the nodes' sids again in a list kept by hand beside them.
- Ruling
The owner: SpecSheriff knows nothing of a project's own things and gives a general source a project points at them, the sids of the nodes of one kind; read from the base specification alone, so that the values are the same in every instance and a variant answering to one stands where data records are described.
