The fixtures of a check's tests are left out of the checks of citations and locations
The checks of citations and locations outside the specification leave out the files listed as fixtures of tests. The list is kept in a rule of the project's own guidelines that refines this one. It names only the fixtures of the tests of a check that reads citations or locations.
Such a test feeds its check a file holding a sid or a location as data, not as a citation of a node. A test of any other check has no use for such a file, so the list holds no other.
